HIGH-PRECISION
ROBOTIC TURRET
MECHATRONICS Air Defense Stations
are remotely controlled weapon systems used in batteries to provide sniper-grade accuracy and fire density of machine gun shooting on moving air targets.
Mobile MECHATRONICS Air Defense station consists of a pick-up platform and a high-speed high-precision robotic turret with digital AI- and CV-based target acquisition, tracking, and fire system that can be operated remotely in real-time.
UNIQUE TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Digital control system, higher speed and rotation range, unique high-precision positioning and targeting resolution – make MECHATRONICS invaluable for shooting down strike drones.
Rotation and targeting range:
azimuth - 360°
elevation - from -10° to 90°
number of spins - unlimited
Rotation speed:
azimuth - 105°/sec
elevation - 55°/seс
Targeting resolution:
azimuth – up to 0,0024°
elevation – up to 0,001°
Set-up time:
ready-to-shoot time - less than 3 min
ready-to-move time - less than 1 min

BALLISTICS CALCULATOR
MECHATRONICS’ intelligent AI- and CV-based target acquisition, tracking, and fire system can:
- Automatically calculate the lead for moving targets and determine the required ballistic shooting trajectory
- Track an unlimited number of targets approaching from different directions
- Set sector limitations for shooting in residential areas
- Prioritize targets, choosing the optimal caliber and number of rounds for burst-fire
- Engage targets in semi- or fully automated mode
WEAPONS
Station allows for side-by-side installation of two different caliber MGs* for higher efficiency on various shooting distances:
- Browning M2 12.7х99
- PKT 7,62х54
* not supplied as part of MECHATRONICS mobile anti-drone system

SYSTEM STABILIZATION
The system’s stability and aiming accuracy are ensured by:
- high-precision electronics and mechanics of the turret
- mobile pick-up platform hydraulic stabilization system
- pneumatic dampers on the large-caliber MG that neutralize recoil
REMOTE OPERATION
MECHATRONICS turret can be operated from a sheltered location by wire, radio, or satellite connection (e.g. Starlink).
All popular usage interfaces are supported — operators can use:
- tablets
- notebooks
- joysticks or gamepads

NETWORK INTEGRATION
MECHATRONICS mobile anti-drone system has two-way integration with Air Defense command centers and situational awareness systems, and can directly access AD targeting sensors (e.g. radars, acoustic, etc.) to:
- Receive intel on targets (direction, coordinates, distance, course, speed, etc.)
- Get updates on targets when in a blinded position or poor visibility conditions
- Send target coordinates from the turret for other weapons to engage
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
MECHATRONICS system configuration allows for its further development through additional software.
New features that MECHATRONICS will acquire in the near future include:
- Gyro stabilization that will ensure shooting accuracy on the move and make MECHATRONICS ready for use on marine crafts
- Integration of several MECHATRONICS stations into a network for joint fire, distributing targets among the stations, or “passing” the target on from turret to turret.
